What I'm Loving This Week: Grip Strength Goals, a Dreamy Book Light & a Sneak Peek at Next Week's Recipe

It's been such a good week over here! I got to babysit my little 5 month old grandson and it was absolute heaven. I see him every week, but it is crazy how much he changes and grows week to week. These are the moments I treasure most!

Grip Strength Goals

Pull up bar for grip strength

OK so this is a little different from my usual content but I am so proud of this! I have been working on my grip strength over the last week and went from hanging for 18 seconds to 45 seconds on a dead hang. That feels like a HUGE win to me! We actually have this bar mounted in our kitchen doorway and it is so easy to just grab it as I walk by. Highly recommend if you want to work on grip strength or just get a little movement in throughout your day!

What I'm Reading

Lord Fenton's Folly book

I have been reaching for physical library books at bedtime lately instead of my Kindle, and I am loving it! This week I finished Lord Fenton's Folly and thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean, sweet, and such a fun read. If you love clean historical romance you will want to add this one to your list!

What I'm Loving

Dimmable book light

I also picked up the most perfect little book light that has been a game changer for my nighttime reading. It is dimmable, has adjustable color from white to warm light, and is super lightweight. If you read in bed at night this is worth every penny!

Sneak Peek: Next Week's Air Fryer Recipe

Air fryer creamy pasta with salmon

I made a new recipe in the air fryer this week and I am SO excited to share it with you! It has just four ingredients, looks like something you'd order at a fancy restaurant, and we loved it so much we made it twice this week. And here's the fun part, you would never guess it was made (in part) in the air fryer! I will be sharing the full recipe in a brand new YouTube video coming next Saturday, so stay tuned!
