Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love our products, but we understand that not every purchase will be a perfect fit. The return policy below is designed to be fair and reasonable for you and for our small business.
Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. On rare occasions, shipments may be delayed if we're experiencing a high volume of orders.
Pre-order items are shipped in the order they are placed. Because pre-orders depend on inventory arrival, we cannot guarantee an exact ship date for pre-order items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping
We offer a wide selection of shipping methods both domestically within the United States and internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to make the wait as short as possible, but please remember that shipping times can vary based on your specific location.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from orders@pineandpepper.co. If applicable, that email will contain your tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may need to send a photo as well.
USA Only:
We cannot offer international returns or refunds.
Timeframe for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may need to send a photo as well.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital products, including digital courses, books, booklets, and bundles, are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Return Process:
Here's what to expect when starting the return process.
- 1. Contact Us
- Start a self-service return by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team at orders@pineandpepper.co for help.
- 2. Wait for Approval
- If approved for return, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- 3. Return Shipping Label
- Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging, and affix the return label provided.
- 4. Ship Your Return
- Send your return via the approved carrier shown on the return address label.
Fees:
To keep our prices competitive and maintain a sustainable small business, we ask our customers to share in the cost of returns. This includes a nominal return shipping fee and a restocking fee, which cover the logistics and processing of returned items.
Return Shipping Fee: A $9 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, deducted from your refund to cover the processing of returned items.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days if the return is accepted, minus the return shipping and restocking fees.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at orders@pineandpepper.co.
