Interesting but no protein options for vegetarians

I like the style of the book and the ambition to do Keto recipes, However, while several recipes are vegetarian, they are side dishes there is no protein vegetarian or vegan option. except for the breakfast avocado with egg. There are many people around the world who eat little meat and with to follow a Keto/Low carb diet as they also have diabetes or wish to keep sugar and carbohydrate to a minimum.
